These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Veristage Inc (“Veristage”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at veristage.com and any related pages that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to your use of the Website only. If you use or evaluate our products or services (including our SaaS application “Insight”), your use may be governed by separate terms agreed with us (for example, a master services agreement or SaaS terms of service).

  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

“Veristage” and any related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Veristage or its licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

If you submit any information, inquiries, feedback, or other content to us through the Website (for example, via contact forms, demo requests, surveys, or email) (“Submissions”), you:

  • represent and warrant that you have the right to provide the Submissions and that they are accurate and lawful; and
  • grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise act on the Submissions for the purposes of responding to you, operating and improving our Website and services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not treat Submissions as confidential unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing or are required to do so by law.

  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you and Veristage each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
